Drink Water to Maximize Health Benefits!





It's an interesting fact that drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body system! Our body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature! 

Drinking adequate amounts of water keeps skin hydrated and glowing. It is equally good for maintaining healthy hair! Water is helpful in flushing out toxins and waste products from the body.
  • Having 2 glass of Water after waking up helps activate internal organs of the body. 
  • Drinking a glass of water 30 minutes before meals helps improve digestion and keeps a check on weight.
  • A glass of water before taking a bath helps lower blood pressure.
  • Having a glass of water before going to bed avoids heart attacks and strokes. 
Hence, keeping body hydrated and drinking about 3 to 4 liters of water daily is good for our overall health!
